COME FOR A VISIT!

RESTORE WITH OUR RESCUES

A LITTLE RANCH IN HOOPER, UTAH

Through hands-on experiences with our rescued horses and livestock, you can step into a safe place where healing and growth can happen naturally. Horses, with their unique ability to mirror and influence our emotions and give instant feedback, become powerful partners in learning both emotional regulation and trust. Livestock animals remind us how true connection takes work: they require respect, fairness, and mindful handling. In return, they teach patience, resilience, and empathy.

Every visit is an opportunity for transformation. All are invited hear the real stories of rescue, both the animals’ and our own, and are invited to see that healing is always possible. Through chores, overcoming fears, or taking steps toward autonomy, each moment in the barn becomes a chance to grow in confidence and character.

This is more than a visit or a lesson. It’s a sanctuary experience where tending becomes love, listening builds trust, and even the smallest faithful acts shape strong, compassionate hearts.

WHAT IS IN A VISIT?

MEET AND GREETS

Come meet the herd and hear their stories—the good, the bad, and the beautiful. In this 30-minute session, we’ll share the journeys of each animal at HNH: where they came from, the challenges they’ve overcome, and the new lives they’re building here at the sanctuary.

You’ll also have the chance to ask questions—about our animals, life on the ranch, or the industries they come from—while enjoying time up close. Each session includes treating the animals and petting some very sweet noses (over-the-fence only, to keep everyone safe).

  • Max 10 people per group

  • Guardian must be present at all times for minors

  • $5 donation per attendee

KIDS PROGRAM COMING SOON!

Out of our sanctuary flows a kids program geared toward boys and girls, ages 5-17. It is an 8-week program where rescued horses and children grow together. Rooted in faith, grounded in science, and built on relationship, this course teaches kids resilience, responsibility, and compassion. In the barn, tending becomes love, listening builds trust, and small faithful acts shape character. It’s more than horsemanship—it’s life training.

We are developing this program in close partnership with other nonprofits, skilled child welfare professionals, and like-minded horse behaviorists. Together, we are creating not only a program for kids, but also a national trainer certification that equips horsemen and women to bring hope, healing, and positive reinforcement into their own barns and communities.
